What Types of Hearing Aids Do We Offer?

As an independent supplier, we provide a wide range of options from all major brands. Our goal is to find the perfect hearing device tailored to your needs.

Behind-the-Ear (BTE)

Sits comfortably behind the ear and connects to an ear mould or dome via a small tube. Suitable for mild to severe hearing loss, reliable, and easy to handle — a good option if dexterity is an issue.

Receiver-in-the-Ear (RITE)

Similar to BTE but with a smaller casing behind the ear. The receiver or speaker sits in the ear canal. These are discreet, often Bluetooth-compatible, and can connect to phones, tablets, and TVs.

In-the-Ear (ITE)

Fills the entire outer ear area and is custom-made for comfort. Suitable for mild to severe hearing loss, with larger batteries that last longer and are easier to replace.

In-the-Canal (ITC)

Smaller than ITE devices and more discreet, fitting partly into the ear canal. These can also come with Bluetooth features.

Completely-in-the-Canal (CIC)

Custom-fit and sitting fully inside the ear canal, these are almost invisible. They provide natural sound quality and are ideal for mild to moderate hearing loss.

  • Learn how to use your device and its features
  • Use communication strategies to improve social interactions
  • Stay informed about new technology so you feel confident in your choices

Did You Know?

The history of hearing aids dates back to the 1600s with the first ear trumpet. Since then, technology has evolved to deliver smaller, more effective, and feature-rich devices. Innovations such as transistors, microprocessors, and Bluetooth have transformed hearing aids into powerful, user-friendly tools.

Safety Note on Button Batteries

Many hearing aids use button batteries, which can be dangerous if swallowed. Keep batteries out of reach of children and ensure the battery compartment is secure. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
